This is remote, online training done at your convenience in a home gym, or local gym. Your monthly 15 min consult will be done via Google Meets or Zoom.
After purchase, you’ll be contacted by Coach Rodgers to schedule what day of the week you’ll receive your programming and feedback on. We’ll also schedule a 1-hour initial consultation to discuss your goals and desired outcomes.
There are NO contracts. This is a monthly, recurring service billed on a monthly basis. Cancel at anytime prior to the start of your next monthly billing period.
