Remote Introduction to Barbell Training

$200 / 2 hour session (one-time payment)

This includes a 1-on-1 online, remote strength and conditioning coaching session from a professional coach.

This session includes:

  • Why train with barbells?
  • Overview of the 12-week Freedom Strength Training Program
  • How to do the “Big Four” Lifts:
    • Deadlift
    • Low-bar Squat
    • Overhead Press
    • Bench Press
  • FREE Nutritional Guidance including Bulking or Cutting Weight
  • Full 2 hour (120 min) Session

Our goal in this 1-on-1 session is to provide you with a strong foundational understanding of the four primary compound barbell lifts in addition to giving you a high-level overview of the programming strategy that’s worked for hundreds of lifters in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond!

$200/month, no contracts

This includes one month of online, remote strength and conditioning coaching with 1-on-1 feedback and accountability from a professional coach.

Your training and programming will includes:

  • Weekly, Customized Strength Programming
  • Weekly, Customized Conditioning Programming
  • Weekly Professional Review and Feedback on Form and Progress
  • Freedom Strength Process Including:
    • Program Overview
    • Your Individual Goals and Desired Outcomes (Worksheet)
    • Workout Log (can be paper or online)
    • Your Progress Graphs
  • FREE Nutritional Guidance including Bulking or Cutting Weight
  • Unlimited Chats/Emails with your Coach
  • 15 min Monthly Consult

Location

This is remote, online training done at your convenience in a home gym, or local gym. Your monthly 15 min consult will be done via Google Meets or Zoom.

Scheduling

After purchase, you’ll be contacted by Coach Rodgers to schedule what day of the week you’ll receive your programming and feedback on. We’ll also schedule a 1-hour initial consultation to discuss your goals and desired outcomes.

Billing and Payment

There are NO contracts. This is a monthly, recurring service billed on a monthly basis. Cancel at anytime prior to the start of your next monthly billing period.
