Your training and programming will include:
- Weekly, Customized Strength Programming
- Weekly, Customized Conditioning Programming
- Weekly Professional Review and Feedback on Form and Progress
- Freedom Strength Progress Binder in PDF Format Including:
- Program Overview
- Your Individual Goals and Desired Outcomes (Worksheet)
- Workout Log (can be paper or online via Google Sheets)
- Your Progress Graphs
- FREE Nutritional Guidance including Bulking or Cutting Weight
- Unlimited Chats/Emails with your Coach
Scheduling
After purchase, you’ll be contacted by Coach Rodgers to schedule what day of the week you’ll receive your programming and feedback on. We’ll also schedule a 1-hour initial consultation to discuss your goals and desired outcomes.
Billing and Payment
There are NO contracts. This is a monthly, recurring service billed on a monthly basis. Cancel at anytime prior to the start of your next monthly billing.
