This includes a 1-on-1 online, remote strength and conditioning coaching session from a professional coach.

  • Overview of the 12-week Freedom Strength Training Program
  • How to do the “Big Four” Lifts:

  • FREE Nutritional Guidance including Bulking or Cutting Weight
  • Full 2 hour (120 min) Session

Our goal in this 1-on-1 session is to provide you with a strong foundational understanding of the four primary compound barbell lifts in addition to giving you a high-level overview of the programming strategy that’s worked for hundreds of lifters in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond!
