$200 / 2 hour session (one-time payment)
This includes a 1-on-1 online, remote strength and conditioning coaching session from a professional coach.
This session includes:
- Why train with barbells?
- Overview of the 12-week Freedom Strength Training Program
- How to do the “Big Four” Lifts:
- Deadlift
- Low-bar Squat
- Overhead Press
- Bench Press
- FREE Nutritional Guidance including Bulking or Cutting Weight
- Full 2 hour (120 min) Session
Our goal in this 1-on-1 session is to provide you with a strong foundational understanding of the four primary compound barbell lifts in addition to giving you a high-level overview of the programming strategy that’s worked for hundreds of lifters in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond!
