Tribe Group Strength and Conditioning Training
This includes a Small Group 3-4 people per Coach, up to 8 training sessions per month. Based on availability your training days will either be Monday & Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday.
Your training and programming will include:
- Up to 8 Small Group Training Sessions Per Month (only $40 per session)
- Weekly, Customized Strength Programming
- Weekly, Customized Conditioning Programming
- Professional Coaching of Each Workset
- Freedom Strength Progress Binder Including:
- Program Overview
- Your Individual Goals and Desired Outcomes
- Workout Log (can be paper or online via Google Sheets)
- Your Progress Graphs
- FREE Nutritional Guidance including Bulking or Cutting Weight
- FREE Freedom Strength T-Shirt & Hat with your 1st Monthly Sign Up
- Unlimited Chats/Emails with your Coach

By Water: If you’re coming by boat we’re on the 26 mm in Osage Beach. Contact Coach Rodgers directly to find out information on finding the dock and tying up.
Scheduling
After purchase, you’ll be contacted by Coach Rodgers to schedule your training days and times.
Billing and Payment
There are NO contracts. This is a monthly, recurring service billed on a monthly basis. Cancel at anytime prior to your next monthly billing.
